陽氣虛損的減少方法

  1. 調整飲食:中醫理論強調飲食的平衡,建議減少生冷、油膩、辛辣等難以消化的食物。優先選擇溫熱食物,避免冷熱食物同時食用,以免影響脾胃功能。

  • 桂枝湯:此方用於心臟動能不足,能夠增強心臟功能,提升全身的動力和活力。
  • 生脈飲:專門針對心臟動能不足和氣血雙虧的情況,有助於恢復體力和減少疲勞感。
  • 小建中湯:強化脾胃,改善消化系統的功能,從而增強體質,提升日常活力。
  • 理中湯與四逆湯:這些方劑有助於增強脾胃,改善氣血生成,提高身體的整體耐受力和恢復力。

穴位按摩

穴位按摩是中醫常用來調節身體狀態的一種方法,以下是幾個有助於增強陽氣的主要穴位:

  • 少府穴:位置在手掌面,第四與第五掌骨之間,感情線交點上方。按摩此穴可加強心臟力量,提升心臟動能。
