濕疹平常要怎麼保養,才不會復發?

濕疹,這個讓人抓狂又無奈的皮膚問題,總是反反覆覆,令人困擾不已。別擔心!想要跟濕疹和平共處,日常保養是關鍵!

吉宇堂提提您,做好以下幾點,就能有效降低濕疹復發機率:

1. 溫和清潔,拒絕刺激: 選擇溫和、低敏的清潔產品,避免使用過熱的水清洗患部,輕輕拍乾即可,切勿用力搓揉。

2. 保濕是王道,滋潤不間斷: 濕疹患者的肌膚屏障功能較弱,更需要注重保濕! 選擇成分單純、無香料、無酒精的保濕產品,早晚使用,並可依皮膚狀況增加使用次數。

3. 遠離過敏原,找出你的「兇手」: 塵蟎、花粉、寵物毛髮、特定食物等,都可能是誘發濕疹的過敏原。 留意生活中的接觸物質,必要時可尋求專業醫師協助,找出過敏原並盡量避免接觸。

4. 飲食均衡,增強免疫力: 多攝取新鮮蔬果,補充維生素和礦物質,有助於提升免疫力,增強皮膚抵抗力。

5. 規律作息,釋放壓力: 壓力、熬夜、睡眠不足都會影響免疫系統,加重濕疹症狀。 保持規律作息、適度運動、釋放壓力,才能有效預防濕疹復發。

6. 切勿自行亂擦藥,尋求專業協助: 當濕疹急性發作時,應避免自行使用藥物,應及時就醫,由專業醫師診斷,並依個人狀況開立合適的藥物治療。

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
