2026年立夏養心指南

立夏至,萬物茂!順時養生重「養心」,起居飲食巧調理,護心健脾正當時

 

立夏養心:順夏長之氣,安心神之本

立夏一至,夏三月正式開啟,《黃帝內經》言「夏三月,此謂蕃秀」,天地陽氣蒸騰,萬物繁茂華實,人體陽氣也隨之宣洩於外,此時養生核心,首在養心。

 中醫講夏氣通於心,心屬火,立夏後心火易亢,人易出現心煩、失眠、口舌生瘡,甚至焦躁易怒,這都是心神失養的表現。養生之道,貴在順應天時,不可違背夏氣生長之性。首先要做到「使志無怒」,保持心境平和,切莫因瑣事動怒,怒火一起,直接耗傷心氣,打亂氣血平衡。平日可靜坐調息,放緩呼吸,讓心神安定,順應夏季「所愛在外」的狀態,舒展情志,卻不躁動。

此時陽氣浮於體表,體內脾胃陽氣相對虛弱,養心同時也要顧護心氣,避免過度耗損。切忌大汗淋漓,中醫認為「汗為心之液」,過度出汗會耗傷心血,導致心慌、乏力。日常活動以微汗為宜,避開正午烈日暴曬,做到「無厭於日」卻不暴曬,適度曬太陽,儲存陽氣,又不傷陰液。

養心還需注重安神,午間11點至1點是心經當令,此時務必小憩片刻,半小時即可,讓氣血回歸心神,緩解晨起後的疲憊,既能護心,又能養脾胃。立夏養好心,氣血和暢,才能安穩度過整個夏季,為秋冬健康築牢根基。

立夏起居:晚睡早起,睡好子午覺

立夏時節,晝長夜短,自然界陽氣晝長夜伏,人體作息也需隨之調整,遵循「夜臥早起」的原則,契合夏氣養長之道。

相較於春季的早睡早起,立夏後可適當晚睡,但絕非熬夜。建議晚上10點至11點入睡,最晚不超過子時(11點),子時是陰陽交替之時,此時入睡,能讓心神得到充分休養,避免陽氣耗散。早上五六點鐘天亮即起,順應陽氣升發,讓氣血順暢宣發,保持一天的精力充沛。

夏季起居,重中之重是睡好子午覺。除了夜間的子覺,午時的午覺必不可少。春夏交替,人早起後氣血耗散較快,到了午時,心神易疲憊,若強行支撐,下午便會昏沉乏力,長期如此必傷心神。午睡時儘量平臥,不要趴著睡,避免壓迫脾胃、阻礙氣血運行,飯後稍作休息再入睡,不影響消化。

同時,立夏後暑氣漸生,很多人急於貪涼,整日待在冷氣房(空調房),這是養生大忌。空調冷氣會閉塞毛孔,導致體內陽氣無法宣洩,濕氣淤積,易引發冷氣病(空調病)、關節酸痛。日常要保持室內通風,適度開窗,讓自然空氣流通,夜間睡眠時,注意護住腹部、關節,避免風寒入侵。起居有常,順應晝夜陰陽變化,才能護住體內陽氣,遠離夏季常見不適。

立夏食養:溫養脾胃,清而不寒

立夏養生,食養是關鍵。此時陽氣外浮,脾胃功能偏弱,加之暑濕漸起,飲食需遵循溫養脾胃、清心降火、忌貪寒涼的原則,切勿盲目吃生冷解暑。

夏季飲食,首先要少吃冰鎮飲品、生冷瓜果、霜淇淋等寒涼之物。寒涼之品會直接損傷脾胃陽氣,導致脾胃運化失常,出現腹脹、腹瀉、食欲不振等問題,看似解暑,實則傷陽。飲食宜溫熱、清淡、易消化,多吃應季食材,順應時節滋養身體。

可適當吃些酸味、苦味食物。酸味食物如烏梅、山楂、番茄,能斂汗生津,防止汗液過度外泄耗傷心氣;苦味食物如蓮子心、苦瓜,可清心瀉火,緩解心火亢盛。日常主食以小米、粳米為主,煮成溫熱粥品,最能養護脾胃,比如蓮子百合粥,既能健脾和胃,又能清心安神,適合立夏後日常食用。

烹飪方式以清蒸、燉煮為主,少吃油炸、燒烤、辛辣厚味,避免加重脾胃負擔,滋生濕熱。也可搭配山藥、薏米、赤小豆等食材,健脾祛濕,改善體內濕氣淤積的狀態。飲食有節,定時定量,不暴飲暴食,讓脾胃從容運化。立夏食養,不求寒涼解暑,只求溫養脾胃、調和氣血,守住脾胃陽氣,才能安然度夏,氣血充盈。
