2026年小滿利濕指南

小滿臨,濕邪防!順時養生重三事,情志飲食巧調理,健脾養心正當時

小滿一至,暑氣漸生,雨水豐沛。《月令七十二候集解》說:「小滿者,物至於此小得盈滿。」這既是萬物初豐、未達極盛的自然智慧,也是我們養生的準則。尤其對香港而言,亞熱帶海洋性氣候讓此時的「濕」愈發明顯——濕度常超80%,悶熱黏膩裹著身體,許多人會感到困倦乏力、舌苔厚膩、大便黏滯,這是濕邪入侵的信號,也是小滿養生的首要課題。

香港人節奏快,寫字樓空調常開,飲食偏愛冰飲、生冷海鮮,這些習慣最易加重濕邪。中醫講「脾主運化」,濕邪困脾,運化失調,濕氣積聚便會引發皮膚瘙癢、關節酸痛、精神不振。小滿養生,核心在「祛濕健脾、順應蕃秀」。《黃帝內經》說夏三月「此謂蕃秀,天地氣交,萬物華實」,人應順應生機,讓陽氣宣洩但不過度。

起居防濕,改掉貪涼習慣
空調溫度別低於25,避免風口直吹肩頸腰腹;冰飲、雪糕儘量少碰,可喝溫涼的祛濕茶,如陳皮、薏米、赤小豆煮水。運動不宜劇烈,清晨或傍晚散步、打八段錦即可,微汗為度,避免大汗耗陽。起居遵循「夜臥早起」,不晚於23點入睡,午間小憩15-30分鐘養心安神。

情志養心,懂「小滿即安」
小滿不僅是節氣,更是人生哲學——「小得盈滿」,不貪大滿、不追極致。夏季屬火,對應五臟之「心」,陽氣漸盛,心火易旺,人易心煩易怒、焦慮失眠。香港壓力大,更需調理情志:戒怒戒躁,遇事深呼吸;工作間隙看看綠植,舒緩神經。順應「夏三月,若有愛在外」,多與家人朋友相處,傾訴心聲。陰雨天氣可吃蓮子、百合、紅棗小米粥養心安神;睡前泡腳、聽舒緩音樂,避免思慮過度。學會「小滿即安」,不貪不急,才能守住身心安康。

 

飲食順時,清熱利濕養脾胃
小滿飲食原則:清熱利濕、養心健脾、清淡適口,忌生冷油膩、忌過飽。香港人愛海鮮、涼茶,但需適度,生冷易傷脾陽、加重濕邪。推薦三類食材:

  • 祛濕類:薏米、赤小豆、冬瓜、絲瓜。可做扁豆薏米豬骨湯,加新鮮淮山,健脾祛濕,符合港人煲湯習慣。
  • 養心類:蓮子心、百合、紅棗。蓮子心3-5顆泡水清心降火;百合小米粥助睡眠;紅棗枸杞水適合上班族。
  • 應季野菜:小滿「苦菜秀」,香港常見的略帶苦味的蔬菜有苦瓜、羽衣甘藍等。苦菜性涼,清熱解毒、涼血止血,燙熟涼拌或做湯。新鮮桑葉可泡茶、煮粥,清熱降火。

飲食「小得盈滿」,每餐七分飽,少鹽少糖少油膩,避免空腹吃生冷。哪怕冰西瓜、冰奶茶,也應適量,以免損傷脾胃。

小滿時節,香港濕熱是常態,只要順應天時,祛濕、養心、調飲食三事並行,便能讓身體跟上自然的節奏,在忙碌的生活中守住安康,為整個夏季打下健康基礎。
