2026年穀雨袪濕指南

穀雨至,濕氣生!順時養生重「祛濕」,食療穴位巧搭配,健脾疏肝正當時

穀雨養生,不在猛補,而在順時。以食養脾,以動祛濕,以靜調心,在雨潤萬物的暮春,養出清透、平和的好體質。

第一篇:穀雨|雨生百穀,健脾祛濕,暮春養出清透體質

穀雨,春之終章,雨潤萬物,陽氣漸盛而濕氣暗生。《黃帝內經》言「春三月,此謂發陳」,暮春時節,天地間濕氣漸重,脾胃最易受困,養生當以健脾祛濕、疏肝養陽為要,為入夏築牢根基。

食養:清淡祛濕,少酸增甘

穀雨飲食忌生冷油膩,以免加重濕邪。宜食山藥、薏米、赤小豆、茯苓等健脾利濕之品,晨起一碗山藥薏米芡實粥:取山藥 50g 、炒薏米 30g 、芡實 20g 、粳米 100g 慢熬,溫和滋養脾胃,化解體內濕濁。搭配菠菜、香椿等應季春蔬,清肝火、疏肝氣;午後可飲茯苓薏米薑茶:茯苓 15g 、炒薏米 20g 、生薑 3 片煮水,健脾祛濕又暖胃,尤適陰雨天氣飲用。

起居:早睡早起,避濕護陽

順應陽氣升發,夜臥不超 23 點,晨起 6-7 點起身,開窗通風,保持居室乾爽。穀雨多雨,忌淋雨涉水,衣物被褥勤晾曬,避免濕邪侵入;早晚溫差大,仍需「春捂」,重點護好肩頸、膝蓋,防止寒濕傷關節。

運動:溫和舒展,微汗排濕

選擇散步、八段錦、太極拳等舒緩運動,上午 9-11 點脾經當令時,戶外快走 15 分鐘,掌心向上曬「勞宮穴」,借陽光升發脾陽。運動以微微出汗為宜,忌大汗淋漓耗傷陽氣,運動後及時擦乾汗水,更換乾爽衣物。

第二篇:穀雨後|濕氣漸盛,疏肝寧心,順時調護不生病

穀雨過後,雨水增多,空氣濕度攀升,濕熱交蒸易致人體困乏、煩躁、脾胃失調。此時養生需祛濕與疏肝並重,兼顧情志調養,方能安穩過渡至夏季。

情志:戒躁戒怒,靜養心神

暮春肝氣易亢,加之濕氣困擾,人易急躁易怒。每日靜坐調息 10 分鐘,或聽舒緩音樂、練習書法,疏解肝鬱;按壓太衝穴(足背第 1-2 蹠骨間凹陷處),每次 3 分鐘,疏肝理氣,緩解心煩失眠 。多到戶外踏青賞花,親近自然,讓肝氣隨春氣舒展,避免「肝鬱化火」。

穴位:艾灸祛濕,溫通經絡

穀雨後艾灸是祛濕良方,每週 2-3 次,每次 15 分鐘。重點艾灸足三里(健脾祛濕)、陰陵泉(利水滲濕)、中脘穴(調理中焦),虛寒體質加灸關元穴,溫補元陽。日常可按揉豐隆穴(外踝尖上 8 寸),被譽為「祛濕化痰要穴」,改善舌苔厚膩、身體沉重。

茶飲:清潤疏肝,對症調理

陳皮茯苓茶:陳皮 5g 、茯苓 10g 煮水,理氣健脾,適合濕氣重者飲用。

玫瑰菊花疏肝茶:玫瑰花 3 朵、白菊花 3 朵、麥冬 5g 沖泡,疏肝解鬱、清潤明目,適合情緒不佳者飲用。

穀雨新茶(雨前茶)清香醇厚,富含茶多酚,清火提神,順應「穀雨飲茶,清火辟邪」的民俗。 

第三篇:穀雨養生|承春啟夏,抓住脾旺黃金期,養出好底子

穀雨是春季最後一個節氣,《素問》云「脾寄旺於四季之末」,此時正值脾臟當令,是健脾固本、祛濕排毒的最佳時機,做好這幾點,輕鬆入夏少生病。

核心:健脾為本,祛濕為要

脾胃是「後天之本」,穀雨濕氣重,脾胃運化易受阻,需「以通為補」。飲食忌甜膩、辛辣,以免助濕生熱;多吃白扁豆、冬瓜、鯽魚等利濕食材,推薦綿茵陳薏米老鴿湯,綿茵陳清熱祛濕,老鴿滋陰補虛,祛濕不傷正氣。

禁忌:三忌三避,護好陽氣

一忌熬夜 23 點前入睡,養肝腎之陰;二忌久坐,每小時起身活動,避免氣血瘀滯生濕;三忌貪涼,少吹空調、不食冷飲,防止寒濕內侵。避潮濕環境、避大汗吹風、避情緒鬱結,順應「春生夏長」規律,讓身體與自然同頻共振 。

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.
