小暑濕熱交蒸最傷脾!香港街坊戒甜護陽、微調早茶,破解夏日「外熱內虛」癥結

老話講「小暑大暑,上蒸下煮」,這份體感,我們香港人體會得最真切。入夏之後,海風裹挾暑氣,陰雨連連,天地間濕熱交蒸。不同於北方的幹熱,嶺南的熱,是裹在濕氣裏的悶濁,黏在肌膚、堵在脾胃,讓人好不難受。

很多街坊疑惑,明明日日喝涼茶、食糖水解暑,為何反而越睡越累、渾身沉重、晨起浮腫、胃口寡淡?其實,這便是「濕邪」在作祟。小暑時節養生,貴在平衡:不貪寒、不厚補、不躁進。

🚫 戒甜忌涼:解開港人夏日體虛的根源

中醫有言,長夏多濕,濕困脾土。香港街坊日常最愛的糖水、凍檸茶、西點甜品,這些飲食習慣,恰恰最傷夏日脾胃。

脾胃喜燥惡濕,小暑時節人體陽氣浮於體表,內裏脾胃陽氣本就虛弱。甜食滋膩助濕,冷飲寒涼傷陽,雙重損耗之下,脾胃運化無力,水濕代謝停滯堆積在體內,就形成了頑固的嶺南濕濁。

不少人暑天貪涼,三餐不離凍飲、冰甜品,看似一時舒爽,實則戕伐中焦陽氣。濕邪遇寒則凝,越貪涼,濕氣越難排出,久而久之便會出現腹脹便溏、頭面出油、精神倦怠的問題。

👉 小暑養生提案: 首要戒甜忌涼、輕清養脾。無需刻意節食,只需調整飲食習性:戒掉冰鎮糖水、凍奶茶,傳統紅豆沙、綠豆沙可溫熱食用,少糖少油;日常替換為冬瓜、薏米、赤小豆、山藥等甘淡利濕的食材。

🥢 順時調早茶:一盅兩件的夏日食養之道

紮根嶺南,香港人的養生,藏在日復一日的早茶煙火裏。早茶桌上的燒賣、鳳爪、叉燒、煎炸點心,多油膩厚重、助火生濕。小暑脾弱,厚重葷食積於脾胃,化熱生濁,上擾心神,便會心火亢盛、周身困重。

《溫病條辨》記載,濕溫之病,長夏初秋最盛,濕中生熱,最易困阻中焦。嶺南小暑正是典型濕溫氣候,飲食核心在於「清而不寒、潤而不膩」。若能順應時節調整「一盅兩件」的習慣,便是最好的夏日調養。

👉 早茶「去濕」攻略:

  • 點心取捨: 減少煎炸、鹵制、肥膩點心,避免加重脾胃負擔;多選蒸制清淡食材,清蒸魚、蔬菜、蓮子糕皆為佳品。
  • 茶飲調整: 少喝燥熱普洱、濃茶,可選用淡竹葉、荷葉輕煮代茶,清心消暑、升清降濁。
  • 忌暴飲暴食: 晨起脾胃初醒,忌重油重味,清淡飲食養脾化濕,白天不易疲乏,夜間心神安寧。

🍵 清暑養陰:破解「外熱內虛」的體質癥結

小暑一至,香港街頭熱浪蒸騰,陽氣外泄,毛孔常開。持續出汗不僅耗氣,更會傷及津液,形成「外熱內虛、氣陰兩虧」的狀態。

這也是很多街坊的常態:天氣稍熱就大汗淋漓、心慌氣短、口乾舌燥,吹空調則畏寒乏力,食生冷則腸胃不適。看似上火燥熱,實則是暑邪耗傷氣陰、脾陽不足的虛實夾雜之症。

嶺南人夏日最大的養生誤區,便是盲目猛喝寒涼涼茶、亂吃清熱食材。單純清熱會進一步損傷脾胃陽氣,導致濕邪滯留,越清越虛、越養越濁。

👉 溫和清補法: 嶺南夏季養生從不是一味清熱,而是祛濕護陽。順時調養的關鍵,在於益氣養陰、清暑不伐陽

  • 食療: 日常可多食蓮藕、蓮子、百合,清心安神、補益津液。
  • 煲湯: 可加入麥冬、玉竹、茯苓,兼顧清熱、祛濕、養陰,適配嶺南濕熱體質。
  • 起居: 謹記夏季「汗出有度」,忌劇烈運動大汗淋漓;大汗之後切勿即刻吹風飲冷,防止寒濕入侵肌理。

嶺南夏季養生,從脾胃入手。脾胃氣機通暢,濕氣自消,心火自平。以清淡平和之食養脾胃、固氣陰、清心火,方能安穩度過漫長三伏暑季,規避秋冬體虛雜病。
