【秋天養生】中醫解說秋季容易疲倦的原因與對策

隨著秋季的來臨,許多人會感受到一種不可言喻的疲勞感,俗稱「秋乏」。這種季節性的疲勞現象,不僅僅是由於天氣轉涼,更與人體內部的生理變化密切相關。

秋季生理變化與「秋乏」的成因

秋季,隨著氣候從炎熱轉為涼爽,人體的汗液分泌減少,水鹽代謝逐漸恢復平衡。心血管與消化系統的負擔有所減輕,理應感覺身體輕松,然而,卻常伴隨著明顯的疲乏感。這主要是因為夏季的暑濕邪氣未能完全被秋涼驅散,進而影響到脾臟功能。中醫學中提到,脾臟是負責運化水濕、主管肌肉和四肢的重要器官。當脾臟受損,便會出現肌肉無力、食慾不振、腹脹或消化不良等症狀。

此外,秋季乾燥的特性也會對人體造成一定的影響。秋燥容易傷津耗氣,導致氣虛,表現為身體疲憊、精神不振和語言少動。

脾氣虛與秋季疲勞

特別是脾氣虛的體質之人,在秋季更容易感到疲勞。這類人群通常食慾不佳、易腹脹、面色無華及易患腸胃道疾病。如果近期有腸胃炎恢復,或脾胃本就虛弱,則更應注意秋季的調養。

擊退「秋乏」的策略

1. 調整生活習慣

建議增加休息時間,適當安排午睡,特別是在午後的短暫休息,可以有效恢復精力。

2. 飲食調理

增加滋潤和補氣的食物,如百合、蓮子、山藥、紅棗等,這些食材能夠強健脾胃,提升氣血,從而改善疲勞狀態。

3. 穴位按摩

  • 印堂穴:位於眉心上方,可以幫助清晰頭腦,緩解頭痛。
  • 太陽穴:位於顳部,按摩此穴可以提神醒腦,緩解由疲勞引起的頭痛和眼花。
  • 百會穴:位於頭部頂端,按摩可以提升全身的陽氣,增強體力和精神。
  • 中脘穴:位於腹部中線上,肚臍上四寸處,有助於緩解脾胃不適,改善消化。

秋季情緒調節

秋天不僅影響脾氣,還可能引發情緒低落。隨著日照減少、氣溫下降,人們容易感到悲傷或抑鬱。在這個季節,宜多參與戶外活動,如散步、登山等,這些活動有助於舒展情緒,提升精神狀態。

總之,秋季養生應注重補充體力,調節情緒,藉由適當的飲食、休息和運動,來應對季節變化帶來的影響。透過這些方法,可以有效減輕秋季帶來的「秋乏」現象,保持身心健康。

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
