【夏季養生】坐冷氣房都會中暑?5個健康貼士助你消暑養心化熱氣!

夏天熱辣辣,大家都想躲進冷氣房避暑,但你有沒有想過,即使有冷氣,都一樣有可能中暑?其實中暑不單止因為曝曬,長時間處於悶熱環境、缺乏水分、身體調節溫度功能失調等,都有機會中招!唔想夏天未盡興就病倒?以下5個消暑養心化熱氣的健康貼士,幫你輕鬆擊退暑氣,健健康康享受夏日!

1. 解暑飲食要訣:清淡、補水、消暑食物!

夏天容易食慾不振,飲食應以清淡為主,避免油膩、辛辣、煎炸等容易上火的食物。多喝水! 這是老生常談,但非常重要!可以加入檸檬片、薄荷葉等增加風味,消暑又解渴。

多吃消暑食物! 按身體寒熱情況可適當吃點冬瓜、薏米等食物,具有清熱解暑的功效。另外,如果到郊外遊玩或室外工作,煮荷葉薏米水代替清水喝(可按口味加點冰糖),可以有效解暑。

2. 冷氣房≠絕對安全! 室內消暑有妙招!

保持空氣流通: 冷氣房雖然涼快,但長時間處於密閉空間容易感到悶熱,建議每隔一段時間打開窗戶通風,保持空氣流通。

調節室內外溫差: 進出冷氣房時,最好先在門口停留片刻,讓身體適應溫差,避免因溫差過大而引起不適。

注意保濕: 冷氣房容易帶走皮膚和呼吸道的水分,建議使用加濕器或放置一盆水,增加室內濕度。

3. 適當運動不可少!選擇合適時間和方式!

夏天運動要避開烈日當空的時間,選擇清晨或傍晚較涼爽的時候進行。室內運動: 可以選擇在健身房、室內游泳池等場所運動,避免在戶外曝曬。戶外運動: 如果選擇在戶外運動,要做好防曬措施,例如穿著透氣排汗的衣物、戴帽子、塗抹防曬霜等,並及時補充水分。

4. 充足睡眠很重要! 養足精神迎戰酷暑!

夏天日長夜短,容易影響睡眠質素。營造舒適睡眠環境: 保持臥室陰涼、安静,可以使用遮光窗簾、耳塞等輔助睡眠。睡前放鬆身心: 睡前避免使用電子產品,可以嘗試泡腳、聽輕音樂等方式放鬆身心,有助於入睡。

5. 保持心情舒暢! 心靜自然涼!

夏天容易讓人感到煩躁不安,保持心情舒暢對於消暑也非常重要!培養興趣愛好: 可以通過閱讀、聽音樂、旅遊等方式放鬆心情,舒緩壓力。與親朋好友相聚: 和家人朋友聊天、聚會,可以增進感情,排解壓力,保持心情愉悅。

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
